Dr. Rehana Seepersad is an educator, researcher, and systems designer whose work bridges learning, workforce innovation, and human transformation. As the founder and principal architect of TriAxis Works and The Prajñā Meridian, she leads a unified mission: to connect wisdom with work, reflection with measurable change, and insight with practical opportunity.
For more than twenty-five years, Dr. Seepersad has guided individuals, educators, and organizations through the process of rediscovering direction, building inclusive systems, and designing futures that are both compassionate and strategic. Her career began in the classroom and evolved through senior roles in higher education, workforce partnerships, and public-sector program design — each experience deepening her understanding of how people and systems grow together.
Her scholarship in adult education, mentoring, and transformative learning explores how individuals navigate identity, belonging, and purpose across cultures. From that research, one truth became clear: transformation begins when systems learn to feel. That realization inspired the creation of The Prajñā Meridian, and its applied counterpart, TriAxis Works, where reflective wisdom becomes practical design.
As both scholar and practitioner, Dr. Seepersad merges analytical rigor with human-centered empathy. Her leadership builds bridges between education, policy, and practice — integrating data-driven frameworks with deeply personal insight. Under her guidance, both TriAxis Works and The Prajñā Meridian exemplify how alignment between purpose and performance can drive sustainable social and economic change.

“Working alongside Rehana in the workforce and community development space was a transformative experience. She deepened my understanding of how to connect individuals with attainable career pathways and the importance of meaningful certifications and credentialing. Her expertise reshaped how I approach aligning opportunity with readiness, and her passion for building sustainable pathways to employment continues to influence how I design and support workforce initiatives today.”
"Some years ago, Dr. Seepersad told me I would be an ideal doctoral candidate. I never forgot those words. Her belief in me stayed close to my heart and, over time, became one of the driving forces that led me to pursue my doctorate. During one of her powerful speeches, HELLO, 911!® was born. Her message about purpose, leadership, and turning experience into impact inspired me to create a platform that gives voice to the unseen heroes behind the headset — 9-1-1 professionals. Dr. Seepersad has a gift for seeing potential in others long before they see it in themselves. Her encouragement shaped my academic journey and helped ignite a movement that continues to inspire and serve others."
"I first met Dr. Rehana Seepersad in 2014 while I was job hunting. After reviewing my resume, she saw potential in me and invited me to develop a curriculum for her organization, which was in the process of seeking accreditation. That initial collaboration marked the beginning of a meaningful and transformative mentorship journey. Not only was I hired by the company, but under Dr. Seepersad's mentorship, I also experienced significant professional and personal growth. I had long considered pursuing a graduate degree but lacked clarity on the right path. Through her thoughtful guidance and encouragement, I found the direction I needed and ultimately completed my Master’s in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with and for Dr. Seepersad in various capacities. She has consistently demonstrated unwavering dedication, deep knowledge, and a visionary approach to leadership. Her mentorship has played a pivotal role in shaping my career, and I am deeply grateful for the collaborative relationship we’ve built."
“Working alongside Dr. Rehana Seepersad (formerly) at Broward College has been an exceptional experience in true academic-industry collaboration. Before the program’s launch, I provided insight to help Dr. Seepersad build the Cybersecurity Apprenticeship Program based on my extensive knowledge of the field regarding the anticipated challenges. Her leadership in designing the program created a model for how higher education and business can work hand-in-hand to meet critical workforce needs. Through her commitment to excellence and her ability to convene partners—from ARK Solvers and other IT experts to members of the College’s Advisory Board—Dr. Seepersad ensured that every aspect of the program aligned with real-world industry standards and emerging cybersecurity challenges. The success speaks for itself: over 60 graduates completed the initially designed IT pre-apprenticeship program with the confidence, skills, and credentials needed to excel in the field. It was an honor to serve as keynote speaker at their graduation ceremony and to celebrate the students’ accomplishments under her visionary guidance. Dr. Seepersad’s dedication continues to inspire collaboration, innovation, and opportunity across South Florida’s growing technology ecosystem.”
“I collaborated with Dr. Rehana Seepersad while she was a Senior Director of Apprenticeship Programs at Broward College. Having been in Telecom for over two decades, I have always been passionate about the broadband workforce and finding ways to raise awareness about the critical work they do. Around then, we created a one-of-a-kind documentary, on the lives and challenges of Tower Climbers, for Nationwide release by the National Communications Infrastructure Association (NATE) and I was desperately looking for partners to showcase it and help the industry highlight the heroes that keep America Connected. From the moment I met her, I saw her dedication to preparing students for real-world success, connecting them with industry professionals, offering mentorship, and helping them understand opportunities within the telecommunications field. When I presented her with the idea to have the Florida Premier of Vertical Freedomat Broward College, she immediately jumped at the opportunity, and enabled an extremely successful event, where stakeholders (academia, industry and students) benefited tremendously. It all happened thanks to her ability to create win-win situations, being open to creative ideas, and leveraging the resources to create tangible outputs. I enjoyed collaborating with her tremendously and always look forward to a new opportunity to do it again!”
